The Company provides real estate listing, buyer-seller matching, advisory and related digital services. Listing content is created by listing owners or authorised advisors; the Company exercises reasonable care to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee it.

Service may experience downtime, maintenance windows or technical issues. The Company is not liable for damages arising from such interruptions.

The user agrees to use the site only for lawful, ethical purposes consistent with these Terms. No misleading, defamatory or rights-infringing content may be shared.

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials. Suspicious logins or unauthorised access must be reported to the Company immediately.

All trademarks, logos, software, images, text and databases on the site are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

Without written permission, content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially. Listing owners grant the Company a royalty-free licence to publish, display and market the materials they upload on the site.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of listing content, the conclusion of a sale or lease, or disputes between third parties. Users are obliged to make real estate decisions based on their own due diligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount of fees (if any) paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect from the date of publication.

Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or in-site notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Tekirdağ have jurisdiction over any disputes.
